What Does LAMB OF GOD Want For The Holidays?
November 22, 2005The members of LAMB OF GOD recently told Virginia's StyleWeekly.com what they want for the holidays:
Vocalist Randy Blythe: "A sweet new practice space; first floor, equipped with loading bay, espresso machine, refrigerators. And location is everything, so in Mechanicsville."
Guitarist Willie Adler: "I would like for world peace to actually occur, for all people to be one on this great sphere we call Earth, for harmony and love to sweep through our existence like a mighty pink wind of ... wait! What the hell am I saying? I want a 70-foot sail boat, an Xbox 360, a private concert in my backyard given by the original BAD BRAINS, an all-expense-paid trip to Japan, and for winter to be abolished next year.”
Drummer Chris Adler: "I would like to get drunk."
Guitarist Mark Morton: "I would like a 12-pack of Miller Lite and a bottle of Basil Hayden's. I'm considering taking up drinking in the coming year."
Bassist John Campbell: "I want a 1,000-plus capacity rock club in town."
As previously reported, LAMB OF GOD will release a CD containing the live concert audio from their "Killadelphia" DVD on December 13 via Epic. The "Killadelphia" CD will include close to 10 minutes of never-before-heard bonus footage from the Philadelphia concert that was recorded for the DVD plus additional audio. This content will be available via Connected technology where the CD acts a key to unlock the visual content at a secure web site.
The "Killadelphia" CD will be available in two formats with brand new packaging unique to each format — as a solo CD, or combined with the original DVD in DVD packaging — to insure that "Killadelphia" will be available in every configuration possible to keep fans from double spending. All formats will be stocked in CD and DVD sections at retail outlets.
LAMB OF GOD's "Killadelphia" CD highlights every facet of the bands unforgiving live performance recorded from two unforgettable sold-out concerts at Philadelphia's legendary Trocadero.
